SHIPPING RATES

Shipments to mainland Spain take 24–72 hours and cost €3.99.

Orders over €29.90 qualify for free shipping to mainland Spain.

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are as follows:

- Balearic Islands: Standard Correos shipping €7.90. Delivery time: 48–72 hours.

At the moment, due to logistical and customs-related reasons, we are unable to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We understand that this is a limitation for our customers in the islands and autonomous cities. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to offer this option in the future.

RETURNS

If you need to make a return, please contact us at info@sintergialabs.com.

You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Important: the product must be unopened and show no visible signs of use.

Please note that packs must be returned in full, as it is not possible to return individual products from within a pack.

Once we receive the product, we will verify that it is in optimal condition. We will then proceed with the refund of the corresponding product amount, excluding shipping costs.
